Whether you're a seasoned stream pro or setting up for the first time, live streaming just got a whole lot easier. With our new test stream feature, team staff and designated videographers can now test their setup ahead of game day — no pressure, no surprises.

Test streaming helps you feel confident and prepared to deliver smooth, high-quality broadcasts when it matters most. Plus, it ensures fans stay connected and coaches get the game film they need to help their team improve.

How Test Streaming on GameChanger Works

Getting started is simple and a practice stream is a pressure-free way to test your setup. GameChanger will not notify your team community when you go live.

1. Open a practice or game event: Head to your team’s schedule and tap on any existing event or create a new one. Games will show the option to test stream up until the day of the game.
2. Try a Test Stream: From the event page, choose the new “Try a Test Stream” option.
3. Set up your stream: Follow the prompts to select your stream source (your device or an external camera), choose your video mode and quality.
4. Preview and go live: Jump into the stream preview to make sure everything looks just right, then go live when you’re ready.‍
5. Check on your stream: Log in to the same account on another device to see your stream from the viewer’s perspective and make sure you’re game day ready.
